With the Secure Card medical personnel can get immediate access to your Living Will. Partners get two sets of Secure Cards; share the second with your loved one.

Each customer is provided with a Living Will for their state of residence. You may choose two different state forms to be sent to you in your kit.

A Living Will is a legal document that provides your written instructions to medical personnel regarding your healthcare in the event that you are unable to speak for yourself. It tells others about your specific wishes like:

We will send you original documents in a kit. These documents need to be completed and returned to FullCircle Registry. It is important for you to return an original document for us to scan and store.

Once the documents, are returned, they are then scanned into our secure database and are made instantly available, through the internet to medical personnel 24-hours a day, from anywhere in the world. If you or a family member were seriously injured and unable to communicate, our service will communicate for them.
